Return & Exchange Policy

To protect both your rights and ours, please review the following terms regarding our return and exchange policy:

1. Customers are entitled to return or exchange a product within 3 months from the date of purchase, provided they cover all shipping costs (both ways).
2. For returns made within the first 3 days of receiving the order, the store will cover the shipping costs.
3. For exchanges made within the first 7 days of receiving the order, the store will cover the shipping costs.
4. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

• The product is in its original condition.
• All accessories and original packaging are included.

1. Refunds or replacement products will be processed within 14 business days.
2. If the customer refuses to receive the shipment from the delivery company:

• The store holds no responsibility if the order is returned to the sender.
• The customer must cover the full shipping cost to have it resent.

Additional Guidelines

• Please make sure the product is properly packaged before shipping to avoid any damage during transit.
• The store is not responsible for any damage caused due to improper packaging during return shipping by the customer.
